Sovereign IAS is an online coaching platform for UPSC, UPPSC and BPSC exam preparation, available at https://sovereignias.com. We are based in New Delhi, India.
We answer questions by email and through the contact form in the app.
Before you write
If your question is about a payment, please include the Razorpay payment ID or order ID and the date of payment. You can find these in the receipt Razorpay sends you.
When we reply
We aim to reply within 2 working days (Monday to Saturday, except public holidays). We reply to the email address or phone number you give us.
Complaints and grievances
If you have a complaint about a course, a payment or your account, choose "Complaint" as the subject in the contact form, or write to sovereignias.help@gmail.com with "Complaint" in the subject line.
