Shipping and Delivery Policy

Sovereign IAS sells digital courses only. We do not ship anything physical. No books, notes, devices or other items are sent by post or courier, and there are no shipping charges.

How you receive a course

Sign in to https://sovereignias.com with your mobile number (one-time password).
Buy the course and pay through Razorpay.
Right after your payment succeeds, the course is added to your account. Open it from your account or the course page.

The course is linked to the account you were signed in to when you paid, so please check you are signed in to the right account before paying.

Live courses

For live courses, your place is confirmed in your account right after payment. Classes are available in your account from the start date and at the times shown on the course page.

If the course does not appear

Refresh the page, or sign out and sign in again with the same account you paid from.
If it still does not appear within 1 hour of a successful payment, write to sovereignias.help@gmail.com or use the form on our Contact Us page with the subject "Course access" and your Razorpay payment ID. We will fix it, usually within 1 working day.
If your payment failed, no course is added. Any deducted amount is reversed automatically by Razorpay or your bank, as explained in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Free content

Free PYQ tests are available on the Platform at no cost. Free video courses are on our YouTube channel and linked from the Platform.
